I can’t really say where my, shall we call it “passion” for cleaning came from. Maybe it was watching my gram scrub the floors on her hands and knees on the farm or watching my mom constantly make sure everything was orderly, and in the way she wanted it. Regardless, I grew up in clean, happy homes. Not obsessively clean, but tidy. Maybe that’s why my family thought I was crazy to move to NYC – how would I ever keep it clean?
Fighting the NYC dirt battle
Especially now. With all the extra time spent at home, dishes, dirt and laundry seem to never end – and it’s only Max and I!
