Raise your hand if you are guilty of driving around while you child is asleep so you don’t have to wake him up??
UGH!!! Ever since we transitioned Maximo into the big boy car seat, I can’t just pop him in and out of the car for errands – or leave him in his car-seat and just carry upstairs while leaving him asleep. No I have to unbuckle and carry through slamming doors, pops, buzzing intercoms and elevators. So I know I am not the only one guilty of driving around a little bit longer to let him get some sleep!
So now that I have become DRIVING MR. MAXIMO, my life would be AWESOME if there were drive thrus for this instance – yeah yeah you suburbia moms are like – well we have Starbucks, and McDonalds. Whatevs – I’m talking 5 -star drive thrus.
I want a mom drive thru that has sushi, diapers and nail polish AND Starbucks. Heck, let’s go all out and get valet. I pull up, and YOU drive, so I can eat, do my nails or answer emails from the passenger seat for an hour.
Sound crazy? Not in New York perhaps! I think I might establish one – who’s with me!!!
