You know you’re getting old when a cartoon you grew up with is now a “remake” on the big screen. But when it’s Peanuts – I don’t even mind. Something about hearing those iconic piano tunes and seeing the oddly dancing characters on screen just take you back to a warm, happy place in your childhood. And I am so excited that Maximo is taking a huge liking to the characters as much as his mom did!
And with that – I’ll take the time to announce on the blog that The Peanuts Movie is available in theaters nationwide as of today, November 6! We got a sneak preview, and seriously – **swoon.**
Follow along as Charlie Brown goes on a 3-D adventure to impress and find the guts to talk to the red headed girl in class that he’s in love with. Of course, this means a lot of kite flying, therapy with Lucy, Snoopy writing a new novel on love and fighting the Red Baron, and well…..I don’t want to spoil it. But let’s just say, you’ll recognize a lot of dialogue, piano song clips, and iconic scenes from many years ago.

And you’ll go home with a happy heart and a positive storyline that shows that nice guys might finish last, but they get the girl.
