It’s that time of year where SAD kicks in as the darkness and cold sets in before 5pm. So there is no better reason to get out of the house and check out a funny, cute comedy with the family. Pig out on popcorn and curl up for the best movie this season – Playing with Fire.
Okay, so we got to meet John Cena, yes BUT we saw the movie before that – and still loved it. It’s that sweet, cheesy comedy that will make you laugh and cry at the same time and be the newest movie you’ll add to your play over and over rotation.

When straight-laced fire superintendent Jake Carson (John Cena) and his elite team of expert firefighters (Keegan-Michael Key, John Leguizamo and Tyler Mane) come to the rescue of three siblings (Brianna Hildebrand, Christian Convery and Finley Rose Slater) in the path of an encroaching wildfire, they quickly realize that no amount of training could prepare them for their most challenging job yet – babysitters. Unable to locate the children’s parents, the firefighters have their lives, jobs and even their fire depot turned upside down and quickly learn that kids – much like fires –are wild and unpredictable.
However, we did get to interview the cast and ask the really important questions such as:
Max to John Cena: How did you get your muscles?
John Cena: By never giving up.
Pretty sure that’s the best and only line you need. Especially when you’re sitting in from of your idol at seven-years-old.
